I?m grateful to have this here however busy it may be. The service is fast and spot on! The coffee could be more like coffee,... essentially when I ask for dark roast. if there was a drive through here, the traffic would be spilling into HWY 10 then therewould be another complaint. I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons location! I ordered ahead using their mobile app and had a minimal wait for it to... be fulfilled. The staff were very kind and worked quickly to complete my order. I had an iced coffee with some customizationsand it was made exactly how I wanted it. I also tried the vanilla cream puff donut and enjoyed it very much. The donut was lightand airy with a sweet vanilla cream filling. While it was slightly more expensive than the other donuts available on the menu(at a price of $1.99), it was unique and worth it to try. While I placed a mobile pick-up order, I did notice the dining areais now reopened to guests. It looked clean and set up for physical distancing guidelines. Read more
It?s a very busy little plaza location with lots of vehicles zipping in and out since there is no drive-thru service... here. Service is quick with 3 order stations available. Dining room seating for 25 customers consisting of 2 booths, 5 tables,2 single couch seats and a window view high table w/bar seats. A large screen TV is mounted above an ornamental fireplace. It?s really difficult to enjoy your experience when the order taker in unfamiliar with the menu and English is not their... strength. Too many experiences here with poor customer service, long lines, and inaccurate orders! Where?s the manager!? Read more
