This Tim hortons has gotten progressively worse and worse, with what seems like a weekly staff turnover They use to have a... decent team at the drive thru. They were quick and efficient but ever since they left, the service has gotten slow, I neverreceive the correct order and the attitude of the new staff is ridiculous. I go to this location because it?s convenient butafter tonight I?ll drive to another Tim?s in the area that seems to know the difference between tea and coffee and a plain bagelvs an everything bagel. I ordered cheese flatbread pizza it was made on order on one side and at time of pickup the were waiting with it on the order... side and i wasnt informed so basically waited for my order needlessly when it was already ready. they are fast but needs alittle more streamlining to avoid such delays. it also didn?t seem to bother anyone else at the counter. This is my absolute favourite location in the entire world! TLDR: They always get my orders right, and their friendly attitude... towards each other and customers is infectious. The atmosphere is always fun and inviting. I have been going here for yearswith no particular consistency. One day it had been months since I was last there and one of the team members recognized meinstantly and welcomed me back warmly. That made my day so much better. Thank you whoever you are! So, the team members hereclearly enjoy each other's company. I have overheard many a conversation among them and they often leave me with side-splittinglaughter. I am always excited to come in to join in the entertainment. Even with the relaxed attitude, these team members arestill able to get orders out at lightning speed and with accuracy. I had their breakfast today English muffin with sausage an egg and a English muffin with bacon and egg plus a medium... Double-Double. The food was hot coffee was delicious I thoroughly enjoy their breakfast much more than McDonald's and I ate thatfor years so they've definitely converted me over to their breakfast sandwiches. The only issue I had was the speed at which theservice went inside the store. It took me about 10 minutes to get to the counter make my order and leave and there was onlyabout five people ahead of me two of which left because they got tired waiting. Apparently they were short staffed. That beingsaid I highly recommend Tim Hortons for their coffee and food. Read more
This location is like other Tim Hortons with a drive through. The coffee was nice and hot. Place was clean and bake goods were... freshly baked. Washroom is large and clean but only one person can use it at a time. Read more
