Worst experience ever, we placed an online order for one small latte and two cheese croissants. The online order was placed so... that we skip the line up, after 10 min we reached Tim hortons, there was a big line up and only one lady was working. Afterwaiting for 5 mins we realized there was another girl working at the back. We waited 15 more mins and she started working in ourorder. She gave us small latte and said there are no croissants? so I paid for croissants and money wasted as she cannotreturn? Tim hortons such a big organization and pathetic service their app is a disaster. Starbucks app is much better as ithas live update of inventory. Coming back to Tim hortons in store service. The girl working in store was rude? we thought dueto high customer traffic, but after some time the other girl came out from back and saw a big line, she asked her colleague whyshe did not call her for help, and she rudely said To her colleague, ?I don?t need help?. She definitely had some grudge againsther or someone. But why customers had to tolerate such behavior. I feel sorry for all the nurses standing in line, they hardlyget breaks and their breaks are wasted standing in lines for coffee. Tim hortons service is really disappointing? Read more

Totally agree downstairs. Usually OK but short of staff during night shift, we waited for long time where we only had short... break. Yesterday the night staff looked very inexperienced. My medium coffee tasted just like sugar water which I don't know howmuch folds it was diluted. On the cup it had suspicious clear fluid. Night shift staffs may understand how does a cup of qualitycoffee matter to us. More qualified staff and improved service needed. Read more

Where to start. Ordered 2 crispy chicken craveables. 2 inch square of lettuce on one and huge black piece of lettuce on the... other. Chicken was hard and chewy like it was there past expiry - long past. No please, no thank you, no nothing. Only placeopen in the hospital on Sunday so no choice at all as to where you can eat. This place is highly short of staff overnight. There's only a single person working here and the hospital staff usually have to... wait in a long queue when customers ahead order more than one item. The owner of this place should take note of this and getmore staff. We only get a short break and have to spend it here standing in line. Read more

Only reason why I'm rating three stars is because the lady I called was nice and the guard manager was understanding. This isn't... even the location's fault, I ordered on the app for the Hospital tims and nowhere is it described that only people in thebuilding are allowed to use the Tims inside. When I reached the place, the front white female guard was insanely rude like tothe point where I was actually scared that this person would use whatever little authority they have to take me down when all Idid was ask a question and was confused. The manager (male black guard) came by to figure out the situation and was very kindand helped me out. Will avoid this place in the future unless I'm a patient or something. Maybe just be kind to people who don'tknow the rules? Especially when the rules are not laid out anywhere. Read more

Very pleasent and friendly staff. The manager came out and gave my son, who had a fracture in his hand, a special free kids box... with colors, coloring book, a cookie, and a chocolate croissant, all for free. It was indeed a happy surprise. Read more
