Love the location . I normally get my coffee and treats from this location when in the area. Today the customer service sucked.... Waited in line to be served for at least 15 mins. Then another 15 mins to get my food. When I go there the staff don't seem toknow what they are doing they are just standing around. On top of that my coffee had no taste. They need a refresher trainingor something upon getting hired. And get rid of this set of staff and get people that know what their doing so there is bettercustomer service. Read more
Nice Tim Hortons Location. Me and my family go to Tim Hortons every weekend, and sometimes during weekdays too when we feel like... going. This is because my dad mainly loves Dark Roast Double Double Coffee, he says it's the world's best coffee. Although, wemainly go to Heartland Tim Hortons, cuz we live closer to Heartland Towncentre. But since we sometimes go to Flea Market inMavis Rd, and it is closer to this location Tim Hortons, we go here sometimes. But sometimes, wait times in drive thru arelonger than Heartland Tim Hortons wait times. But still, I recommend this place for you all. ???????? Read more

Somehow they do not understand what is less ice and less sugar. I work next door and this is the only Tims nearby. I have had... this bad experience with their staff thrice. Also they do not cover the lids properly. Spilled hot green tea over me once. Read more
According to many reliable resources, this location holds its name for being "the slowest and inefficient". This picture was... captured at a Sunday night around 10:01 p.m. , by looking at the line up. You wouldn't doubt the above comment. One of thestaff working at the gas station next to it explains this is not unusual scene, but rather a daily routine. Also, he mentionedfrom his own experience, the service was poor too. I hope the owner of this Tim Horton's location could see this message andhave done some improvement. Read more
