Poor customer service. I was at the drive-thru today, I ordered latte and grilled cheese panini. I asked the person at the... window to redeem my points. The app was ready, she just need to guide me how to do it!! The person at the window said ?Idon?t know you should do it yourself before you come here? in a rude voice tone. I asked her to calm down, then I heard herspeaking in a different language with someone else working there and I heard the B word. I requested to speak to the manager andguess what?!! I don't Usually write reviews, but I go to this location regularly and have experienced the gradual decrease in quality first... hand. My most recent order was just a confirmation of what I've already known for the past few months. The person taking theorder was unable to fulfill a simple request of not including cheese on the breakfast wrap. To top it off, the wrap I receivedwas only 1/3 filled. As someone who used to work in the fast-food industry, I know the morning shifts can be busy, but thislevel of service is just not tolerable. Read more

I was at the tim Hortons drive through at this location (1212 Southdown Road). I was at the drive thru and asked for 2 cheese... croissants. They advised they only had plain. I told them that I will go to another location, however there were 3 cars in frontof me while I was waiting to exit the drive thru. As I did not have much time to be going to another location and taking achance that they would also not have the cheese croissants there, I decided to place an order at the window. I let them knowthat I changed my mind and that I would like to order 2 plain croissants with cream cheese. The person at the drive thru windowwas nice and respectful. However, the staff member (who I was told is named Karen), was yelling in the store behind the drivethru staff helping me telling me that I need to be ordering at the speaker and not at the window. She was extremely rude andloud and it completely caught me off guard. I am still shaking as I'm typing this because I cannot believe I was experiencingthis type of treatment as a customer. I asked for her name as what she said was incredibly rude they told me she is the managerand her name is Karen. I told them that I can complain to corporate and she was continuously yelling "I don't care, I don'tcare, I don't care". Extremely unprofessional. I'm sure there is video footage of my experience there so you can see that I didnot cause a hold up in the line. I did not hold up the line a long time, in fact when I decided to place my order at the window,I was able to get my order right away. I do not deserve this kind of treatment and it made me feel absolutely terrible thismorning. I understand that me ordering at the window may disrupt the flow of the drive thru but in this situation it did not.Regardless, I have a right as a customer to place an order. Today I went for my regular double double, and in the drive through I told the employee that I had a reusable cup. For some of... you, if you don't know, now you can buy a reusable cup for a cold or a hot beverage and you get 10 cents off, plus you'rehelping the environment. So, when I got to the window the employee dumped the coffee from another non reusable cup into myreusable cup right in front of me. I think this is very unprofessional, dumping the coffee like a waterfall in the air from onecup to another, plus I bought the cup to not use recyclable one, and she uses one recyclable one to dump it into mine cup andthen throw it out. New location, I think.. still has the flags and all. Their team though, very efficient. Gave them an order of 10 items, it was... done, properly labeled, all bagged up and in trays by the time I finished paying. I was impressed. Read more

Absolutely terrible service. This morning I went for a large tea with milk and 1 bag on the side. I had to repeat that... complicated order 3xs. When I went to drink my tea no milk and had sugar in it so I could not even drink it. Went back about5:30 pm and such a terrible human at cash. 2 kids drinking slurpees in store with no masks on doing nothing and I was rudelytold 2 people are already in here you have to get outside. I waited about 5 minutes then left as these 2 kids were just standingthere with no masks drinking slurpees and no one was helping them. I wont be back ever! Read more
