Twice this week I placed an order using the kiosk and both times my money had been approved and I didn?t receive my food because... the order wasn?t found. They told me my refund would be automatic but that wasn?t true I had to talk to services and I got myrefund the first time but still haven?t got my refund for the second time have been waiting two days extremely disappointed intheir services. Went they're and asked for a medium classic lemonade without ice and a cup on the side with ice and they gave me half a cup of... lemonade and I asked them Can you fill it up they said No because I didn't ask for ice in the drink so there not supposed tofill it up. Read more
Ordered a small ice coffee and all i got was a cup full of ice with 3 sips of coffee
The drive thru service is quick. All the staff are nice, especially Param!
Very horrible service. Won't smile or tell you how much is your bill amount, they would only pass you pay machine. And after... paying they won't smile or say thank you. Very rude .No managers. It's not only 1 employee that does that but everyone thatworks there. I'm a regular costumer and I spend over $40 - $50 per day at tim hortons. Wether you go in morning, afternoon ornight. The service is always RUDE, No HOSPITALITY, WON'T Listen to you. Read more

Ordered through the Drive Thru, the staff member who took our order was very rude and impatient. Excruciatingly slow in the store. Don't know about drive through, but inside it takes forever to get a simple coffee and a... bagel. It's like they are growing the wheat for the bagels before making them for you. Read more
