The atmosphere of this location totally different, i feel like I?m in a magazine, the store was sharply clean and decorations... was very very nice, the washroom clean the floor very clean too, the workers like a bees ????, they working fast, the food verydelicious and they have some items different than other Tim Hortons. Keep in your mind this Tim Hortons?s menu little bitdifferent than the other Tim Hortons?s menus, they have some luxurious items and the missed others! Examples: they have Avocado???? bagel ???? but they don?t have any soups, they have some green drinks but they don?t have regular sandwiches. It was our first time visiting an Urban Tim Hortons after hearing so many good things about it. The crème brûlée donut was... decent. The sugar on top was burnt a little too much which add a bitter taste. The matcha donut was stale to the point of beinginedible and clearly it has been sitting there for a day. The matcha vanilla iced drink had very little matcha taste to it andI felt like I was drinking plain milk. 2 stars for the nice staff but the food was pretty bad. Read more
This Tim Hortons is AMAZING. I love this concept (and wish there were more like this). All of their specialty donuts are... delicious and I loved the iced vanilla matcha drink. Will definitely be coming back. Read more

I don't tend to say this a lot about Tim Hortons, but this urban Tim Hortons Café hits the spot. I had the hazelnut cold brew... and the wife had matcha Latte, and they did not disappoint. Even the donuts here are at a higher quality than any Tim HortonsI've visited, well worth it to stop by. This is what Tim Hortons needs to save themselves! Read more
This location is a Tim Hortons Urban cafe, it carries some extra items that others don?t. Like the vibe of this location and it... usually has fresh items because it?s a busy one. The specialty donuts are a bit pricier than the regular ones, and doesn?t tasteany fancy. Read more
Its across the street to my place. They usually run out of most of the hazelnut and choc donuts by 9pm. Post 9pm they dont serve... meals but only coffee and some donuts. The staff is decent. It has a washroom. The sitting is limited, 8 or 10 ppl max. Read more
