I made a mistake in my order when I asked for a drink that came with no creamer. I asked them to add creamer because I realized... I had made a mistake. This is probably one of the worst Tim Hortons in Canada not because of customer service, but because of the new debit machines... they have installed on drive through. All customers struggle with them when wanting to collect points or paying for their order,thus messing up the time for you to get your order quite severely. Avoid this location at all costs. I would give them 0 star, no sense of how to talk with customer. I did an online order and upon arriving at the store at 7:50... PM, staff denied to serve with saying store is closed. Although the store closes at 8 PM. When I asked for refund, a ladyresponded as we don't manage online system, its on you to figure out how to cancel order and get your refund. This location is by far the worst. They are out of food consistently and the employees there simply don?t care. On a consistent... basis, the food is either poorly packed or missing/wrong items. They rush you through the order and look at you like it?s yourown fault. Better to just close this location down. Read more
NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!! Every time I go to this location you have to repeat your order 100 times and they still don't get it... right! They are rude, blame you for not saying the items THEY! missed and the food is never warm. I'm not normally a person whoposts a negative review but I've been going to this location periodically for a while and it has the WORST! customer service inall of the Time Horton location's I have ever been in! Even though it wasn?t busy while i was in the drive thru (one car in front of me and one behind), the staff didn?t seem to care... about my order and were too busy to check. At the drive thru speaker they just said ok pull forward without giving me the total,and then at the window they didn?t know my order and even I gave it to them a second time, my drink was still wrong. This is an awesome Tim Hortons! They serve great coffee and food here, they are quick AND always get my order right, and they... have very nice drive thru staff! Read more
Chicken noodle soup was not on par with other locations. Also don't serve customers a cold bun on the side.
