It?s pretty good for a chain better then some of the other fast food chains like kind of feel like the quality has dropped since... the first time they opened they also used to be a little bit cheaper but overall the pricing is pretty good in terms of theportion size . The Manager took my order in a timely manner and got started right away, I felt bad that she had to work alone and run the... restaurant. I still highly recommend Union Burger great tasting burgers and fries as well as the prices they are veryreasonable. Read more
5 stars for the food. I prefer grilled burgers over flat-top burgers so these are perfect to me. Everything is cooked perfectly,... and ingredients are fresh and hot. Service is kind and polite, although they could use at least one more person working tosupport their grill when it gets busier in the evening. These workers also need A/C! It's way too hot inside to have peopleworking in these conditions. Read more
Really bland food for above average fast-food prices. If this was cheaper, maybe it would receive another star, but it's more... expensive than typical burger places. It's strange though, because I could swear I've had Union Burger at Union station and itwas much better than this location. Do yourself a favour and try the Burger Factory that's very close by on Confederation! Read more
We tried this place for the first time. It was a bit dirty on the ground in some areas of the place and the plastic covering at... the cash area is not pleasing to the eye. Our burgers took a while to make. But overall they were pretty tasty. Customerservice was ok but not exceptional. I'd go back for sure but would go for takeout versus dine in. Read more
This place is ok for burgers. One of the few places that you can buy a beer and a burger in a fast food setting. The service... is ok, and pretty fast but the food is average. the burgers are slightly better than mcds. the patty was not very flavourfuland way to small for the bun, so the first couple bites are all bun. its 16 out of 21 on our ongoing burger list. Also the popwas totally gross. flat and did not taste like anything we purchased, we ended up throwing all 3 away. Read more
This was my second visit at this place. Walked couple of blocks to get my food before walking back home. The patty was ten... times WELL DONE. Totally burnt, dry and felt like leather. I could also smell the burnt meat. I mean it?s ruined and wassupposed to be tossed away in the garbage by whoever made it. Not exaggerating at all. I?m writing this review with your foodin front of me. You guys just ruined our dinner and I don?t have the energy to take this disaster back to you. Totallydisappointed. Not again! Should not even be giving it a one star. Went in for an ice cream twice now and the milk was curdled (expired or old/gone bad).... Disgusting.Never knew ice cream should taste hard. Had a stomach ache afterwards. Burgers were never good when I went either.Awful. Read more
