Wasn't too impressed with the exterior entering the venue, however the inside transforms into this modern contemporary setting... that's both warm and urban sophisticated. Oddly enough there were a lot of families with small children but it doesn't deterfrom the ambiance. We were quite critical considering the feel is all too familiar with other establishment of the same genre -except when we got our food. If there was a definition for refined comfort food, this would be it. Everything from non-costcohand-cut fries, healthy portions, flavorful balance entrees, and excellent customer service, our dining experience was trulyexcellent (our host, Meet, was accommodating, friendly, and polite). Was looking for a lunch spot in the area and glad I found Union Social. It?s got better food than the typical franchise names.... Also drinks name got a character which is always fun. We had calamari and smoked cheese bacon burger. It?s not super like theboutique burger joints. But good food, freshly made and reasonably priced. Calamari is a bit over done but very crispy whichmade up for it. After all it?s pub food so don?t expect anything super healthy. Service was also nice and speedy. Would comeback again. Read more

Pretty good. The service was on the slower side for a Friday considering that the restaurant wasn?t that busy. The staff was... friendly and they got all our orders right. The food itself was pretty good - the nachos were solid, and the chicken sandwichwith provolone was pretty good too (although the tomato sauce they put with it was a bit too intensely flavoured for me). Theportion size is good too, you get more than enough fries to go on the side with whatever dish you order. Don?t have any issueswith this place but I?ve also had better. It wouldn?t hurt to try this restaurant out sometime if you don?t wanna spend $40 toget full. Read more

Really liked this place. Outside looked like a strip mall, but inside felt like a bar. The food was delicious. I had the fish... and chips. It was battered and fried perfect. The kids loved the chicken tenders and pasta from the kids menu. They had a decentselection of local beers. Nice place. Read more

Very friendly staff. Quick service and good food. I have been to USE many times. Booked prior to coming. I got 2 follow up calls... from their team members confirming my reservation. Also gave me info on their A/C unit malfunctioning. I am going to be going tothis place more often now. Read more

Nice casual and cozy atmosphere. Service was alright, although the server was kind and friendly, food took a while to come out.... Especially drinks because towards the end I ordered an espresso martini and took her 15 minutes for one drink.
