I sincerely hope Watab Kabob will open up a location in downtown Toronto after trying it! Watan lamb shank dinner - lamb shank... is very tender and delicious. Rice with raisins and carrot is good too, although not the greatest I?ve had. Tandoori fish -very flavourful, lightly spicy. Best eaten with rice. Firnee - I couldn?t have enough of this milk pudding made in house. Rich,smooth and creamy texture, with a layer of ?skin? on top. Love it! Read more

I usually enjoy the wrap and dinner plates. Today I ordered the fries and they were terrible. Partially cooked, no crunchiness,... worse than soggy. I highly recommend NOT to order the fries from Watan as they are not putting the effort to perfecting. NOTWORTH unless they work on it. I don?t blame the delivery, I have had great fried from other places even though it was deliveredin a box. Sorry to say but I am very disappointed with this quality of fries. Wow, all I can say is I was pleasantly surprised by their food. It was my first time dining here, and I was immediately... impressed by the portion size of their food. The food we got was vast and decent. We went this time with six people, andeveryone got a large portion of delicious food. Over all it is a good restaurant. You just serve yourself. The quality is very good and the quantity is more than enough. I... ordered the Sultani meal but the Filet Mignon was not soft and was chewing. All dinner meals are served with naan which is freshand amazing. I suggest to avoid any meal with Filet Mignon. Ordering takeout is very efficient here! You can call ahead or order online, and it?s ready 15-20 mins. Everything is well... packaged and lots of sauces were included! Delicious Food. Restaurant quality food with fast food service. Very generous portions with a side of bread to make sure you're... filled by the end of your meal. I had the lamb dinner. Cooked well, about 5 peices, bone-in. Friend of mine had the tandoorichicken. Recommend both. Tried the Kofta kabob dinner previously, and I wasn't a fan of the meat. Spacious, big Watan Kabob. Interior is beautiful. Staff were pretty busy handling decent sized crowd and they were doing good... job. One suggestion would be, to manage customers in a more organized fashion. It was little crazy people dining in, folks justpicking up takeout and everything else going on.
