I actually work about 3 mins walking distance and go here quite frequently. I?ve never had an issue with the food that I?ve... received from this Wendys chain. The staff are very friendly and always double check to see if my order was correct. If you?rearound the area of Matheson/Derry or Eglinton/Derry and you want a quick bite to eat? eat here ???? I usually get the #6 SpicyChicken Combo (only lettuce) with a plain baked potato and Coke Zero as a drink. Read more
This location are a ripoffs and liars when it comes to whats on the menu. They cheat you out of your money and offer half... portions at regular prices. The owners and Wendy's Coporate Head Office should be ashamed of themselves. ALL of my life untiltoday that is, poutine always came in the black trays (like the baked potato). I had a poutine yesterday and it was served in ablack tray from this same location. Today it was in the tiny red chili cup. When asked the male manager, who lied to us, said"it was always served in the red cup". Funny how no other wendy's or the wendy's app/website shows the little red cup.Interesting? Or S C A M M E R S? Have your freaking hours updated so people don't go to your location only to find out you're closed.
Waited for more than 10 minutes to order food, even though I counted 8 separate employees, nobody would take my order. Asked one... of the workers if i could order, she said they were too busy! Go somewhere else if youre in a rush as it seems like thislocation cannot provide efficient service or any service for that matter. Read more
