I don?t like their service specially a girl may be supervisor or manager reetpal whtever she is too rude.
Just wanted a Frosty so this was the closest place to satisfy my urge! This location was busy and it took about 5 minutes to... get to the order counter. After that, service fulfilment was quick and staff (...I believe it was the store owner) wascourteous. I chose a vanilla $0.99 Frosty special. The large seating area is jointly shared with Tim Hortons. Two wide-screenTV?s are attached to opposite sides of a centre pillar for your viewing pleasure. There are also 4 comfy chairs on each side ifyou don?t want to sit on wooden chairs. Booth seating is also available. Since the place is about 75% full, the general noiselevel is elevated. You can hang out with friends and plug your devices such as phone chargers into a few wall receptaclesavailable for customers. There?s a drive-thru and free WiFi too! Read more

Good thing about this place is that when I ask for fresh nuggets for my so they make it very fresh but you have to wait for it... or you get it not fresh and not tasty at all. It?s disappointing how they discontinued the siracha sauce which was my son?sfavourite sauce. Overall nice place but from my experience it?s usually not too clean to sit inside and dine in. The tables aregreasy and dirty. Read more

I ordered a spicy chicken no mayo, it has tons of mayo. I ordered a spicy chicken wrap no ranch, it has tons of ranch. I ordered... a large drink, I got a medium. I did a online pick up order and still, almost my entire order was wrong. It?s so disappointingthat lately everywhere I order from, the food is incorrect and I can?t even eat. Just came from there, drive thru, ordered 20 pcs nuggets with ghost pepper ranch sauce and a southwest avocado salad. Came home... to open the bag and I got some random burger with no bun, large fries and an incomplete salad. Called to ask if they gave me thewrong order. Manager rudely said I got what I ordered. I don't know how you confuse a 20 piece nugget order with a burger withno bun, no ketchup, no onion, no tomato. Definitely a complete mixup of orders but he was not willing to help. This is onFriday, March 25th at around 11:15pm. BTW, please fix your drive thru screen so people can confirm that you type in the correctorder. Worst part is it wasn't even that busy. Disappointing. The workers at this Wendy?s Eglinton location are extremely incompetent. Fries were undercooked, there was HAIR on my burger and... my fruitopia drink was extremely watered down. I will NEVER order from this location ever again. This location needs to closedown for their terrible service and unsanitary acts.
