I understand that everyone is short handed right now but there is no excuse not to look in the bag and make sure you you put... every thing in. We ordered 4 chicken sandwiches 2 papa burgers and 6 fries. Got all the way back to the house and opened thebag 4 chicken sandwiches and 6 fry containers each filled about 1/2 way and no papa burgers. And don't bother to say that youwill address it with your people as you keep saying that and I see it keeps happening. Read more
Wouldn't recommend!! I would give them zero stars if I could we ordered our food then was told they are out of lettuce,... pickles,, cheese curds, and onion rings.. .. No sign posted no discount .. I only go to A&W to get root beer freezes and polar swirls. I go at least once a week and have been for the last 6 months or so,... so I?ve had many. Today, I was charged for a regular swirl when I asked for a mini. Decided to let it go until we tried ouritems....my freeze had little to no root beer in it. The swirl had barely any cookie dough. I decided to go inside to ask formore root beer and cookie dough. The young girl working got who appeared to be supervisor, maybe manager, who rudely replied ?umI put a lot of cookie dough in it, so tell them to dig deeper? then said she?d remake my freeze. Remade it just as horrible asthe first time, then said ?if I add any more root beer it will make a mess? Not sure how I?ve gotten great freezes every othertime then..oh and it had chunks of cookie dough in it when she remade it..who knew blending ice cream was so hard Read more
Invested in the $30 family meal, got a 1/2 Gallon of root beer, drove home, near the wye, flat root beer. My box of cheese... curds was flat, like barely any, I go back the next day, and get a mt dew. And the rudest woman in a BATHROBE yells at me thatmy cheese curds bag is only filled so much.
