I ordered Curbside To Go and was told it would be 20 mins. I showed up 20 mins later and parked in the pick-up lane. There is a... sign that says to wait and they will come out, but they don’t. I waited 20 minutes and nobody ever came out. Cars stacked upbehind me waiting too. I realize they might be short staffed but if that is the case then turn off the take-out option. Oh Applebee's! My wife and I do enjoy coming and eating at this restaurant. First, I just want to say how nice the building is.... Very nice design inside and out. The Inside is very well kept, and has a nice setup for people who just want to eat and forpeople who just want to sit at the bar. It has the feel of a classy restaurant, but you don't have to get dressed up; my wifeput it beautifully in her description. The restaurant has a calm and peaceful atmosphere. The staff are super friendly, and verypolite. They make sure to take care of you from the time you walk in and sit down to when you leave. Now the food is mouthwatering! My hat off to the cooks! My wife and I usually get the same dish, the other stuff on the menu is awesome as well,because of how delicious it is. It's the Mac-n-cheese pasta with honey dipped chicken strips; oh to die for! The pasta is cookedto perfection, the cheese mixed with the honey sauce is savory delicious, and the chicken strips have a moist white meat with aamazing battered crispy crunch! Then the bread stick that comes with it has a nice donut like dough in the inside and a sweetfried taste on the outside...YUM! The mozzarella sticks we got for appetizer had a delicious battered crust on the outside with gooey warm cheese in the inside. Oh, and I love the 2 for one price deals! This adventure today has taken us a bit fancy like a date night here at this Applebee’s got the restaurant and it wasn’t to... busy but it was an experience well worth it we got sat quick and got here right at half off happy hour appetizers and well assoon as the waitress showed up you could tell she knew the food and the menu very well my waitress was Liz C top notch servicefrom being consistent checking on the table to being able to direct me to best recommendations for something to eat. The tablewas clean glasses were kept full and food was not rushed and came out cooked right from the appetizers we got which I got to saythe Buffalo wings were perfectly cooked and not over sauced and while we still had apps on the table and entrees were ready shegave the curtesy of asking if we were ready or not which is rare to have happen and one incredible thing is I had asked whatdishes were favorites and let her decide and she hit what I was looking for head on. So with all that being said it is a place Iwill continue to go to and enjoy the services and food and environment and I give the cooks 5 out of 5 and waitress 5 out of 5keep it going Read more
Awful experience here. Waitress was snide and rude for absolutely no reason. She wouldn’t even give us plates for our... appetizer. My elderly grandmother can be seen in this photo eating onion rings right off of the table. The rest of therestaurant had plenty of silverware and dishes. I kid you not- I watched our waitress walk by our table, look at my grandmothereating without a plate, and snicker. Weirdest experience ever- I will absolutely never return to another Applebees. Just flatout bizarre and dehumanizing to treat us that way. Read more

Went for late lunch. Restaurant was Super clean. Staff was really nice. Not too crowded. Food came out super hot. Caesar salad... was fresh. It was really good. No wilted or old lettuce. I got a burger and husband got steak. We really enjoyed our lunch. Read more
3 in service and atmosphere is due to the average in the field. Altho there was service...where were the smiles? Where was the... friendly idle praddle? What has happened??! Basic Burger w/cheese came Luke warm. Fries waaaay to salted & Peppered ( providedat the table so no need to assume, in the kitchen, that we want all that salt or even pepper), also on the cool side. Mozzarellasticks again luke warm. Four, yes 4 oversized receipts printed ( automatically?), one for the business. 1- SAVE $ by notoverdoing it on the fries seasonings. 2- SAVE $ on register paper by not double printing receipts.
