We stopped by this restaurant for lunch on our roadtrip to spokane...I wish I took a picture of our food that we ordered but we... we're just hungry and started eating right away lol The chicken that I had was a bit salty for me but overall the rest wasgood, a bit of a wait..but while you wait the restaurant has a store selling different things, you can look around ???? prettycool.. Oh man. I really wanted to LOVE Cracker Barrel. There was a bit of a wait there, which was fine. There are some very comfortable... rocking chairs outside to enjoy while you wait. The waitress we had was kind, but could not seem to get our side orders ofloaded tater tot casserole correct for the life of her. The salad at the start of our meal was fresh and very good. The biscuitswere amazing! I ordered what I thought was a cheesy chicken and bacon dish that had a Maple glaze. So, when my dish arrived atthe table smothered in Maple syrup, I was quite shocked. I very much do not like Maple syrup drenched foods, even things thatmake sense for it like French Toast and Waffles lol. It wasn't really anyone's fault. I just didn't understand what the menu wasdescribing. I scraped some of the syrup off of one chicken breast and ate it, and my friend shared her chicken strips with me.There certainly was an abundance of them for one person. Other than that, our experience trying to pay our check with the ladyupfront was rather frustrating, but over all, I'd definitely give Cracker Barrel another try, and maybe be more careful aboutwhat I order next time. It's a cracker barrel our food was hot, the portions plentiful and the waitress friendly. However the sausage patty was very... hard. And the pancakes were not fluffy as they used to be. This location right now is having the parking lot repaved so half ofit is blocked off. No room for large rv's on this day Read more
My guy is eating healthy, so he got egg whites and turkey sausage, which tasted fine. Nothing spectacular. I got an egg sandwich... with hash brown casserole and honey glazed ham. The sandwich tasted a little off - I think it was the mayo? I didn?t realizethat the casserole was hash browns mixed with cheese. It was not good at all. Next time I will ask for them plain. We were toldwe had a half hour wait, but it was only really about 20 minutes. They said they are short staffed, and every other table isunavailable to allow for social distancing. Went here for lunch, I had the chicken tenders. The chicken was moist and was delicious. Would definitely order again.
