Slightly deceiving ordering online when they show you a pepperoni pizza and unbeknownst to yourself you're not ordering anything... but a freaking cheese pizza! Unpleasant surprise when I got home and opened the box. Read more

The pizza was cold, burnt and greasy, bread twists with parmesan was way greasy and it leaked through the box, arrived 1 hour... and 15 minutes late. When reported it to management gave a credit. Then when we redeemed the credit they screwed that up aswell. Read more

Honestly, I set the bar low for a gluten-free pizza from Dominos. However, we pulled up to pick up our order and it?s like a 3... person operation on a Friday night first week of Griz football! The gal working was hammering orders left and right! I even sawher use a different pizza cutter for my order from the car! The pizza crust was delicious!!! If you?ve been gf for a while youknow that most pizzas are hardly cooked in the middle. That was not the case at all! For 5 years I have avoided scraping the topof my gums from toast and breaded things. Tonight, that was not the case. I scraped my gums and it was worth it! The pizza crustis thin, the right amount of crunch, and cooked in the middle!!! Blown away. Only downside with ordering online is it didn?tgive us an option to tip and we didn?t have cash on us. Not sure how my stomach will react by tomorrow, but I am satisfied! Weowe them a big tip next time!!! Read more

This location is CONSISTENTLY good... the food is delivered, fresh and tasty! The employees from delivery drivers, to the... managers and everyone in between has been awesome with us! They had a large order come in and they worked on that, we weredelayed and it STILL was consistently good! I will always come back to this location because of it. They work hard, they takepride in their work and it shows! :) thank you! Read more

Pizza was great! The site was down for about an hour(found out they had a power outage)and when I went to pick up they were... behind but the crew were excellent and working like hamsters on a wheel. I had about an extra ten minutes where I sat andwatched the action. KUDOS FOR THE CATCH UP! Read more

Sadly, I must leave a 1-star review. I ordered 35 pizzas for a VERY special event. I spoke with manager(s) twice in the weeks... leading up to the event to make sure we were on the same page so that everything went smoothly. They promised it was not aproblem and asked me to place the order online a week ahead of time. I placed the order and paid, with pick up planned for 6pm,one week later. I sent someone to pick up our order 15 minutes early, at 5:45pm on the day I paid for. The representative atthe counter looked at my pickup person with a blank face and then ran to get a manager. They had not even begun to make ourpizzas, or do I believe they would have begun to make them had we not sent someone in for the pickup. They were already 20+minutes late into preparing my order and it wasn't even on their radar. So, they dropped the other pizzas they were making anddid our 35. The pizzas were finally finished and on location almost 30 minutes after they were supposed to be. Pizza Hut andPapa Johns were both ON TIME and had given us exactly what we paid for. Initially I had been planning on Domino's making 80pizzas for us. I'm so glad I spread the order out over the competition. Domino's would have left my party of 175 peoplewithout anything to eat and left me with the embarrassment. So, here I am, (after two in-store visits with managers and theonline order placed 1 week in advance like they requested) and I am nothing but terribly disappointed in the service providedme. No manager has reached out to apologize or even try to make this right. They apparently don't need or want my business. Read more

The general lack of delivery availability is baffling. Missoula is very limited as far as late-night food delivery options go...... Meaning Domino's is about the only game in town post 9PM, which means they should have this on lock?dominating the late-nightfood delivery market. But it is not so. Instead, invariably, they deny my attempt at ordering delivery, kicking me to"carryout", which frankly, if there was somewhere nearby open at 10:30 PM that had decent food either for delivery or pickup, Iwould NOT be hitting up Domino's Pizza (ffs). Nobody GOES to Domino's. They get it delivered. Unless you live in Missoula Iguess... Read more

Made an order for delivery at 8:30 and gave no estimated time for deliver. Over and hour later we checked the tracker and it... still said in prep phase. Called and asked what the status of the order and they said it was going to be another 2 hours beforeit was ready. When I asked if I could pick it up instead they said no, it will take just as long and that we just need to wait. Was very rude on the phone. Would love if they could give an estimated delivery time at the placement of the order, and thatthey would be more polite with frustrated customers. Read more
