We know, we know, everybody is short staffed. But come on, Grizzly homecoming night and you didn't call out the national guard??... No baked potato, had to wait on the rolls, first given plastic utensils : what the hell? Had to wait 35 minutes to sit but theribs were great and our server was a peach. First time we've had a less than good experience there. A little after 6 pm on a Saturday and there were no managers there.... None. Servers were confused, meals were very slow. Had to ask for a snack for our hungry 7 yo. Ribs just weren't up to par. Itwill be a while before we go back Read more
Service, menu, and cleanliness are very good. The BBQ meat and sauces are good; not the best I've had but definitely above par.... Sides are good as well. Thanks for offering sweet tea... Its quite rare in the north. Good slaw and sides. Read more
By far, Famous Dave's is our favorite BBQ restaurant. We were in town visiting friends and decided to celebrate the 4th of July... with some BBQ, so of course we came to Dave's. So yummy, again! We were told that it was going to be a little wait to get our food, so we knew to be patient. We sat on the bar side and the... bartender was busy on our side and the outdoor area too. However, the food was worth the wait. We ordered (split) the slab ofSt Louis style ribs, true perfection! Side of mac & cheese, corn on the cob and a sweet cornbread muffin. The food was amazing! I had the Stacked Jack burger and catfish fingers. For 5 small catfish fingers, I paid $12.99. It was good... but a little pricey for an appetizer. The burger was great.
