baristas are rude and coffee is so inconsistent. rather go get consistent quality at starbucks for like 1 more dollar
It's definitely hit or miss here. Probably they're having trouble getting good help like everyone else. The lady who served us... was super uninterested. The Huckleberry smoothie tasted like crushed ice. My mocha taste d like burnt coffee from a gas station.We came back and said there was something wrong with the smoothie that it just tasted like water. She argued with me and saidshe had made it correctly. Not coming here again. $12 for 2 drinks that we dumped out. Read more
These baristas do it right every. time. And they are always so kind. I went there this morning (for the millionth time), bags... under my eyes, in the grumpiest mood, and the barista had such a positive attitude that I changed my tune before I even got mycoffee. I truly hope they get paid well and treated well as they are the backbone of the community work force. A 401K in theform of a shared tip jar is not sufficient for these fine folks. Friendly baristas and quick service. Long lines but they move quickly
They have some of the best Lotus's here. But everything the serve is amazing. The staff are always always super nice. A must... stop for sure! Read more
Great coffee and excellent customer service!
Went to go get coffee waited for 5 minutes to see where the barista was at the lights were on the open sign was on it was 2:00... in the afternoon nobody was there and no one helped me there was someones car in the employee parking spot.when I went to pullaway the barista helped the customer behind me.
