The food was delicious, the service was great and reliable, and the restaurant was kept clean. I was disappointed to find drive... thru not open however I understand how it is to be understaffed. It did not slow them down from performing well in the inside.So don't let the drive thru prevent you from coming in. Read more
I've always loved Hardee's, but lately things have gone really downhill, I had ordered three sandwich Combos, and a 10 piece... strip. 2 sandwiches were not the ones we ordered, and I never got my chicken strips. I had called to let them know so I couldcome back and get the strips and proper sandwiches(same day) and they were supposed to be open till 11 but closed at 7:30? Couldhave told me that over the phone before I drove all the way over there from across town. Would probably be a good idea to updateyour hours online if you're gonna close at 7:30. Not happy at all. About 2pm on a Friday and there were only 2 employees working. The young man at the register was polite but had to keep telling... people they were out of things. Like Med sized cup lids, prime rib for the sandwiches and ranch dressing. 6 of us ate for $45,but it also was 45 minutes from walking in to eating and leaving due to the short staff. Read more
March 25, 2022 we stopped to get food about 8 pm. Both of the people working looked like they hadn't showered in weeks. Guy... working drive thru had shoes he almost walked out of. His cast was dirty and not covered. Line moved so incredibly slowly.Person in front of us got the wrong order. They didn't even know what our order was. The burger wasn't even wrapped correctly.The fries were under cooked. Safe to say because of the two boys working looking completely unbathed $20 down the drain. Notgonna risk eating that food. Eat anywhere other than this Hardee's. Read more
This chicken sandwich that i ordered was unedible it was as hard as a rock and taste like it sat out all day. I get that my... order may have been close to closing time(45 minutes). But taking short cuts like this is ridiculous.. If you don't want to runa place properly then don't own a business. Definitely lost me as a customer. Read more
Hardee's really hit the spot for dinner! I had a fantastic meal of delicious chicken tenders and curly fries with some... fantastic buffalo sauce! The restaurant was very clean and the staff very friendly! It was also super convenient as it wasattached to a truck stop. Read more
