I'm not sure if this location is so poorly run because it's all college students, but we typically have good experiences with... MacKenzie Rivers. Today was the third time I've ordered pizza and they've forgotten a sauce (this time I ordered the 17 dollarspecial and it was missing the sage infused honey- kind of the main reason someone would order this pizza, no?) I've had a womanargue with my husband that our order wasn't our order because THEY wrote his name on the box wrong, we've received poorly madepizza compared to other locations (couldn't even tell there was peanut sauce on the Thai Pie), and the best part is all thoseworkers act like it's a giant inconvenience to do the slightest thing. I didn't even get greeted today at pick up- some twentysomething looked me dead in the eye and yelled "counter!" then turned away. It's super disappointing to pay as much as you dofor substandard Mac River pizza and then be treated like a giant inconvenience. Save yourself the headache and go to the otherMissoula location. Hands down the best pizza ???? in Montana. Their "Good o'l boy " pepperoni pizza is without a rival. Coming in second is the... "Rancher" which will leave you begging for more... stomach room! Amazing pizzas, some of the best I've ever had and best I can find in Missoula. Mackenzie River has a wide variety of options... along with a vegetarian option or two. The pepperoni pizza they have there is just so over the top and I love it. The sequoiahas pine nuts and artichoke, which I think truly tells people "Hey! We're different than other pizza places here!" Every timeI've gone I've loved it. The strawberry lemonade is fantastic and the waiters and waitresses are always polite. Read more

Everything is always good. Didn't see our waitress except when food was served 5/5. Went again today 5/26 waitress was much... better. Food again was delicious. Changed my rating back to 5 stars. Read more
