Waited in the drive-thru for about 3 minutes until someone finally said ?welcome to McDonald?s order whenever you?re ready?. So... we did, and then heard nothing back. We looped around to the drive-thru 3 times trying again with no help. When we pulled to thewindow, the staff and manager just looked at us and said nothing to us even though they were open. We had to call the storewhere we were instructed to go inside. We did, and the manager walked in the back without saying a word. As having worked inmanagement, the lack of care to see was completely unprofessional. They have signs saying they are short staffed, however, afterseeing how customers are completely disregarded, I wouldn?t want to work there either. Read more
Everytime I come here I get what I want, the service is clear and friendly, and they are always running some sort of deal to... save you a couple bucks. Overall I enjoyed the experience at this McDonald's. Read more
This is one of those mcdonalds frachises were they short you on fries and refuse to fix it. That?s why I generally prefer... wendy?s or jack in the box. Never get shorted on fries at those two. Any Mcdonalds you walk into has about a 50/50 chance theyplan to short you on fries. Read more
I read the recent reviews of how bad this location is and I almost thought about skipping this location but I wanted breakfast... at 950 on a Sunday so didn't have time to get to another McDonald's luckily I pulled up at 950 and they still took my order atthe drive through. I got a sausage mcmuffin with egg and an oatmeal. i didn't need to use an app to order and the two gals atthe window were honestly super friendly and the wait was like 2-3 minutes with about 3-4 cars ahead of me. I can't vouch forwhat Happened to other folks here in the past, but it IS still possible to get good service and quick food here -- and they gotmy order RIGHT. Thanks guys! Read more
I ordered a happy meal with a 6 piece chicken nugget for my daughter, and she opened the nugget box when we got home to find... this... a box full of used Pickles and onions someone pulled off a different sandwich. It must have been an accident, but wasstill a little disturbing, and my daughter didn't get any nuggets. Read more
Not a bad McDonald's at all. Dion was helpful and the other staff. They short handed the fries ???? but what McDonald's doesn't.... They had no lettuce. A little weird eating a Big Mac without lettuce. Love that no tax. Read more
Help yourself EVERYTHING! Type your order, get your own drink. Pay with card. $15:00 an hour and you do half the work. They... literally throw a burnt flat burger & frys in a bag. And say nothing but your number. I'm done with McDonald's. Read more
