By far the worst McDonald's in Missoula. Never had a correct order, sauces always missing, requests rarely met. One employee... (Angel) who became instantly aggressive when met with complaints. If I'm going to a drive through for convenience, I get tiredof having to return to the lobby to get my sauce or have the employees fix something they screwed up. Lobby is absolutelydisgusting, I can only imagine how dirty the grill area is. The employees working the window are friendly enough, but, if youenter the lobby, prepare to be ignored until the cooks and cashiers finish their inane conversation before serving you. Read more
The employees are pleasant, the food is decent, and the prices are reasonable. OTHERWISE, this location specifically is... unacceptably slow, especially in the morning when it?s busy. I shouldn?t have to wait in line for 10-15 minutes, and then waitanother 5 to put in my order once I?m at the speaker. And then sit and wait for 5 minutes after I paid to get my drinks (whileinstead 3 employees spend 3 minutes messing the computer.) Generally, first come first served is a reasonable policy. Also,their menu board/order screen has not showed me my order or total ONCE in the past 6 months or so. Like I said, nice folks, butI have a feeling McDonald?s middle or upper management needs to do something about getting them more staff and more training, orI?m going to start going down the road to Wendy?s. They're short on staff but they are very polite on asking you to be patient. And it really did not take that long to get... service. Great place to get some food that you know is going to be the same every time no mysteries. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. Rudest employees I?ve ever encountered. I waited in line for 35 mins and was then told they... couldn?t take my order or serve me because they had to close. Do not give this place your money time or business. Read more

Absolutely horrible. Ordered in drive thru and was asked to pull into lot to wait. After 25 min went inside. Entire lobby full... of people waiting on their orders. No one working counter and had sign that said "Use kiosk". Lots of back room staff so noidea what the issue was. Waited another 10 min after stating I would like my food or a refund. Finally got my order. If Iever return, I will never pull out of drive thru again to wait. Read more
McDonald?s used to be known as fast food with a 4 minute delivery time goal. Since adopting mobile ordering, every customer can... order at exactly the same time overwhelming the staff. Now it takes more than 20 minutes to get a breakfast sandwich. A sitdown restaurant is faster. Corporate needs to re-evaluate these processes. Read more
The food has went downhill so much it's not worth going there to eat. On the bright side the staff was Great.
