We are here for business and stopped by a couple of mornings assuming it would be quick. They refused to split up our order when... we were the only car in line. The service was horrible among being out of several ingredients. Go anywhere else. Read more
It's McDonald's. It's not a place anyone goes for fine dining. The biggest issue is that they never get our order right. Most... recently, they forgot the hamburger in our kid's meal. The food quality is consistent with McDonald's, just make sure you checkyour order before you get home. Read more
AURGH!! I ordered Two Filets and small Fries. I requested hot fresh fries (never get what i pay for) Get to 2nd window and asked... to pull to a parking spot for my fillet. NOT fillets! We came in to the McDonalds on East Broadway at 6:30pm and had to order from the kiosk. There were no employees to be seen.... After we ordered we saw tons of orders go out the drive through while we waited. My husband came in and ordered 5 min after wedid and they called his order before ours. When they did call our order we did not get drinks. When we asked for cups shegrabbed 3 cups gave us 2 and carried the third around with her finger in it. Then she walked away. He had to go back and get hisown cup. Something was wrong with the soda machine all the soda was warm and flat. My buger was so greasy it was dripping; sogross. The lady behind us asked to see the manager but he "is not back there and we're not sure where he went". There is no usein complaining to the people who work here. Since it took so long to get the gross food why bother. Never coming back. Read more
The doors are open so you can dine in, however, there is very little to no human interaction as no one welcomes you and there... was even a sign that instructs you to use the kiosk. The few staff that was working was just standing around talking to eachother and I had to ask 3 times to be given my drink cup. On the plus side it was clean and food was decent. Read more
The gray haired woman with the southern accent, sorry she wasn't wearing a name tag, is a absolute rude nightmare. I thought... perhaps the first three times she helped me she was having a bad day. Nope , just rude for no descernible reason. Won't be back Read more
