Was very disappointed the meal that I and friend ordered from this restaurant on Dec 2. We ordered the meal with extra shrimp... and total amount of shrimp was 5. More noodles than shrimp, or vegetables. The meal was not warm when we got it. For the pricewe paid the meal wasn?t worth it. Read more
First time eating here ordered a recommended dish, pad Thai, it was good. Different than the traditional pad thai. This place... takes a boring traditional dish and makes it modern. Will be back to try the other dishes. Read more
Terrible Customer Service I am a manager at a business where we frequently have lunchtime staff meetings. We have ordered food... for these meetings from this location before ($200-$300 per order) and I am aware of the 24 hour notice for all catering orders. I called today at 1:30 pm with the hope of being able to place a catering order to be picked up at 12:00 pm tomorrow which I amaware is less than 24 hour notice. I spoke to a manager who was incredibly rude to me and would not say anything but thesentence "we require 24 hour notice" over and over again. I understand policies but to be treated like that by a manager wasshocking. Not only was he rude but he was completely unwilling to try to work with me or even provide some small explanation why1.5 hours difference made my order impossible to fulfill. We will no longer be using this company which is unfortunate becausethe food is actually pretty good! Read more
I have been to a lot of different noodles and company locations. I've used the app and done curbside pickup and genuinely like... their food. This particular location didn't bring the order out when using curbside.After waiting for quite a while I had to goin and wait again even just for somebody to greet me for the food that I clearly been sitting on the counter for a while. It wasa group order and 1/2 were wrong. When we called the location back to see if they would make it right we were treated incrediblyrudely on the phone. Definitely a poorly run location. Read more
We have probably eaten spaghetti and meatballs here 20 times. Today there was so little sauce that the noodles were bare. The... waitress said they would charge for more sauce. Told her of our previous good experiences. She repeated herself. No more noodle company for us. Read more

The name says it all if you want noodles this is the place. They offer a wide variety from pad thai to bbq pork mac and cheese.... They offer kids meals that include things like Spaghetti and Meatballs or Kids sized Mac and Cheese. You can also getpotstickers which are pretty tasty. Read more
