Their food is great, but my incident from this evening was very frustrating. My friend and I were doordashing, and arrived at... Panda at 7:20 pm to pick up two orders. The first order was ready, the second they said would be ready in a few minutes, whichis fine. However, many other doordashers came in after us, and they made their orders on the spot. We had to ask them two moretimes when the second order would be ready before they finally made it. I understand they were busy, but it was frustrating theymade the other dashers orders on the spot. I went through the drive thru on 8/22 to get myself lunch for the next day. The noodles are in tiny pieces, like the left over... scraps. Really do like there food, but when you are already paying $13.65 for a large Beijing Beef a la carte and they give you... small...makes me feel like they really don't care about your business!!!! This place used to be so amazing, then it all went downhill. My rice was so burnt it was literally a black clump. The orange... chicken was old and stale. When asking for a refund the refused as they no longer do it and offered me a gift card. This isridiculous your food sucks I want my money back! Read more
