Just had the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. Went through drive thru and placed order. Took almost 20... minutes to get to window due to large amount of cars in line. Gave them our card and it was run through. After several moreminutes the shift manager, who said his name was Joseph, asked us to.pull into the drive thru parking spot to give them moretime to.prepate our order which consisted of Fuji Apple Salad,autumn butternut squash soup & a regular Mac & Cheese. Afterseveral more minutes of waiting, an associate came out with someone else's order. We told her we had been waiting for over 30minutes for our food. Shortly after on. e of the managers came out, apologized for our wait, said they had lost the order andoffered to remake it and refund our money. That would have been perfect except that after a few more minutes the shift manager,"Joseph" came out and told us the other manager was wrong and that we could either wait for our food or get a refund. We tookthe refund and left. I have been a Panera's reward member for years but if this is the Missoula store's idea of customerservice, I am never coming back! Read more
Very pleased with my experience with the order online and car side pickup during the busy lunch hour. Ordered the strawberry... poppyseed salad, a pick two with brocolli cheddar soup and the turkey avocado blt, and two of their specialtylemonades/teas. The car side pickup was quick and easy and all was ready in time. Food was tasty as always. Read more
The steak and white cheddar sandwich with NO pickled red onions and NO horseradish sauce that I ordered was delivered with both... the onions and sauce. I requested they not be added because I?m not able to eat them due to a medical condition. And the foodwas delivered to a neighbor?s house. Fortunately, I tracked the delivery and found the mistake before the neighbor found ourfood. Maybe 3 stars are too many . . . Read more
Always fast friendly service no matter the time of day! The food is fresh and delicious and the unlimited sip club is great. The... one and only down fall is that the drive thru is never open due to under staffing. Read more
Normally don?t leave reviews- but we ordered two bread bowls through the app (which is a little pricier than a soup and... baguette) to pick up and were given soup and baguettes. We shrugged it off and were tired enough to just eat and forget aboutit- but then my fiancé found a piece of plastic wrapper in his soup which wasn?t super great. First time ordering from here-hopefully next time will be better ??????????? Read more
Usually this is amazing, but today my lunch was really sad. ? I ordered a Frontera chicken sandwich with no tomato and instead... of the usual, I got bread, chicken, a little onion, and maybe a little bit of basil. I really love the sauce that is usual onit, but not today. It's pretty dry without it, even though the Foccacia is really good. Read more
Stopped here on our way through town. It was our first time having Panera and we all enjoyed our meals. The staff was super... friendly. Place needed a bit of cleaning - bathrooms were a bit dirty and a lot of the tables needed wiped but nothingdisgusting. Otherwise, we enjoyed our visit and would eat here again. Read more
Very disappointed in my experience here today. Ordered three bowls of broccoli cheddar soup (which I have had at other Panera... Bread locations and have never experienced this) and at least two of our soups had hair that staff claimed to be cheese. I don?tthink cheese should be plastic-y and stingy? The bread on the side was stale, and multiple times I heard staff members rudelytalking to other staff. Very poor experience, hoping next time is better. Read more
