My rating is based on my communications with both Papa Johns & Door Dash. Ive been trying to resolve an issue from an order... placed on 5-14-22. Papa Johns said to contact Door Dash & now after getting the run-a-round they are telling me they can'tcompensate me because its been over a week since the issue happened. I've spent over 2 hours between chat & emails trying toresolve this. The sad thing is, they could have had this handled in less than 15min if they had remembered that I'm a customer &my experience should be important to them. Read more

Ordered a large pizza and a papadia, got a medium pizza and no papadia plus it took over 2 hours to receive the wrong order.... Called the franchise to explain what happened and got hung up on. Talked with the driver and they used doordash to deliver so norecourse there. Worst Pizza experience ever!!!! Read more
This place is a disaster. Out of 6 orders 4 of them have had quality issues or straight up mistakes. The business has an actual... sign on the door asking people not to be mean to employees because they know how terrible the staff is. Today when calling aboutyet another mistake made, this time by the manager she got irate on the phone and told me to apply if I can do a better job,then hung up on me when I asked for her name to report this interaction.
