I ordered a super Supreme and got a meat lovers with olives. I order often and know that it was missing toppings--that I paid an... extra $2 to get. Quality has steadily decreased as prices and delivery time (and delivery charge) keep steadily climbing. My most recent interaction started out as a 1star terror show. Only person at work, so I ordered carryout online, paid, and had... my son go pick it up. He called when he got there, said the doors where locked and there was no one there. I made sure he was inthe right place, because that sounded crazy. It's 2 in the afternoon. Called the pizza hut on Brooks, they told me I was the 2ndperson to call them about this issue and that I could order from them, pay again, and hope to get a refund when they opened. AsI was getting very frustrated I got a call on my cell. The guy said he just got to work and saw that no one had opened that dayand that he was very sorry about the whole fiasco. He asked if I would give him 30 minutes while he got everything set up and hewould have my order done. He was very polite, made it right for me, we got our food, and I was very happy with how it all gothandled!! Read more
How is this a Supreme Detroit style pizza? It?s literally bread sticks with marinara sauce on top of it. Happy I didn?t plan of... feeding a bunch of people. This pizza hut is good. Very nice inside. Online ordering is a pain. Not very user friendly.
