Regular pizza hut, drive thru is the only option. Same for picking up a pre-order. The lady is friendly/ good service.
I ordered a pizza later in the night on the 22nd of last month. My boy Christopher hooks it up with delightful attitude and good... manners, he sneaks an extra topping on for me. Homeslice used to live in my apartment so I guess we bros. He even sent someextra cheezy bread like a champ. Delivery was fast and just as engaging and happy go lucky. Older guy. Placed an order at 5:30pm online. Order was supposed to be ready at 6:00pm. No delivery made. Attempted for 2 and a half hours... to contact by phone. No answer and no pizza. I will not purchase from the Brooks St location ever again and advise everyone notto purchase as well. Read more
I generally receive delivery, but my in store experience has always been good. The restaurant and restrooms are always clean,... and the staff are friendly and attentive. We had absolutely the worst restaurant experience in Mt. I'm embarrassed for this Pizza Hut. We ordered two personal pizza's to... go. One was burnt, the other was not. I called and was super nice on the phone, asking them to remake it. The guy on the phonewas extremely rude, enraged that we asked. I drove back (after a long day, just needing to get home, but it was burnt, dry andthey tried to cover it up with loads of parmesan cheese and other herbs, which we didn't ask for). When we pulled up to thewindow, the guy demanded the other pizza back, which we gladly handed through the window, although they are not supposed to takepizza's back through the window that have been bitten out of. He then slammed the window shut. Then re-opened it and said itwasn't burnt. I explained calmly and nicely that this is what we always order and have never had it burnt before. I asked if hecould make another. He said, "I'm making another one, but I promise, it's going to be burnt again. And I don't want to hear anycomplaints about it. You ordered with light cheese and because of that, it's burnt. if you order it with light cheese you?regoing to get a burnt pizza." Although he said this in the rudest, angriest voice possible. I explained that we only ever orderlight cheese on one personal pizza and have never had it burnt. He slammed the window shut again. When he reopened it, I toldhim that this wasn't personal to him, I didn't want to make his day harder, we just wanted a non-burnt pizza, and if there wasanything I can do to make his day better, I will. He said, "The next one is going to look JUST like this one!" And slammed thewindow shut again. We left, as we didn't trust that they wouldn't spit in our food or worse. He was that rude and angry. Therewas no cars in the lot, except for one, so they are not that busy. Regardless, the guy was clearly having a bad day and took itout on us. I know you were busy as the delivery took longer thus time. Pizza was Luke warm at best. I have had better from you. Also my... wife does not like your ham product. Would prefer flat portions rather than the slivers currently in use. Read more
I ordered on line .. this is the 3rd time I have order and the driver delivered it to the wrong apt even tho the address said #2... and the building doors are labeled. Driver delivered to #1 this time. Previous order delivered to the wrong building complex(next door to me) and order before also delivered to wrong apt. My neighbors were kind enough to bring my order to my apt. Drivers need to pay attention to where they deliver orders. Food was warm not hot and the pizza on last order was not fullycooked. The dough was raw in center. I tried calling store but call sent to call center and not store. Call center was not ableto connect me too store .. not too impressed at this point. Read more
