We ordered pizza from here 3 weeks ago. We?re still waiting for our pizza We ordered almost $40 worth of food for a party we... were having. We waited 2 hours for it to be delivered. We tried calling customer service to see if our food was still going tobe delivered. We were hanged up on multiple times. When we finally got someone we were told to call corporate on Monday. Ordered 2 Large Pizzas, a Side of Breadsticks, and a side of Cheese Sticks. Not only did I not get my Cheese Sticks, but the... Pizzas weren't cut, cold, made on the wrong crust, and generally disgusting. Tried to call the location about it and get arefund as I spent $50 + on food that was inedible, I was hung up on. Called again and was immediately sent to the call center asthey "didn't have time to deal with it" Nobody was able to eat anything because it was so disgusting. My 2 yo niece eatsEVERYTHING and even she didn't want anything to do with it. I can't get through to anybody to get this taken care of and it'sabsolutely ridiculous. Read more
I have ordered many Pizza Hut pizzas. We just ordered one and it was horrible. It was really dry, overcooked and the hamburger... was burned and super dry. Everyone was very disappointed. I called the store, was put on hold then disconnected before I couldspeak with a manager. I believe that I should be refunded or receive a credit before we'll consider returning in the future. Very disappointed, my family ordered pizza's from Pizza Hut on are side of town, we're only about 4blocks away. The delivery was... great the pizza's were not. The dough was stale tasting and very hard. Read more

I order a medium pizza and double order of breadsticks on 7/13 to be delivered at 11:45pm so it would be there when I got home... from work. I didn?t open the breadstick box till the morning of 7/14 and found NO marinara sauce ????. Even if I noticed themistake the night of the delivery, the store would?ve been closed by the time I got home. Such a disappointment. I was lookingforward to eating them for lunch but can?t since there was no sauce. Read more
When you call the store number it directs you to a call center. I've never been treated with so much disrespect then I was from... the lady who answered. I was screamed at and hung up on after after politely asking to speak with someone who could help merefund me my money as we were delivered the wrong order. Horrible service! Honestly if you can't call the physical store andtalk to someone at the store rather than someone in California then it's not even worth it. Never got ahold of the store afterbeing hung up twice.
