Reviews for Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews in Missoula, MT

When I lived in Missoula this place was great, but now I live four hours away. I've visited town three times in the last month... for various reasons and have tried to get in to eat Dinner at Red Robin five times during those visits. I've been turned awayevery time due lack of staff, as early as 6:45 p.m., and been told that I can't get anything to-go. It's probably great if youcan get in earlier, but I can't. The employees themselves are awesome and friendly, the food smells great, but management isalways rude when they do come to the front to speak to customers. Other restaurants in town who pay better consistently haveemployees who show up. Maybe if Red Robin did the same they wouldn't have this issue. As it is now, I'm surprised they haven'tclosed this one down entirely. Read more

The service was good, the food was sub par. The burger patties were overcooked. Pretty discouraging for a $94 meal for 4... people. For that kind of money we should have gotten much better food. We don't plan on ever trying it again. Read more

No staff unfortunately. Went one evening they closed at 2. Went the next day, Hour+ wait after ordering when restaurant was... nearly empty. Order was incorrect - wrong burger, but ate it and didn't complain. Staff that did show up were great, theydidn't need the piling on...but also looked like they could use a busser. The place was dirty and a disaster. Will need to gettheir act together before going back. Understand the difficulty getting staff, but I would be working the floor if I owned theplace. Read more

Usually very good, however this time, food was overcooked (tough almost crunchy) , peppers on Burning love were not cooked, and... no jalapeño, approached manager, seemed very annoyed that I was even bringing it up. Also, calling over and over because itwould go to voice-mail every time after a couple of rings. Not a good impression when trying to reach them to order food. Read more

The food was okay, but the service was lacking. Started out terrific, but as soon as we got our food it went downhill. Never... got a refill on my drink even though I asked twice. Our server never glanced our way, and I had to ask the seating host to haveher get our check after waiting for over 14 minutes. I understand that places are understaffed, but if you can't handle theamount of tables don't seat them. Red Robins have gone downhill over the last year. So much so I don't want to return. Read more

My son took me out for an early birthday dinner after a full day of driving and tedious tasks. We were seated quickly by a very... kind hostess. Our waitperson, Danny, was the best part of the entire experience! Very funny and gracious and attentive. Asbusy as the place was, Danny made us feel like royalty. Came to Missoula Red Robin 7/7:30pm on 3-19-22 The server was great. Was a very busy place at that time. But the staff was doing... their best! We had a 15-20 minute wait. All in all it was good. I ordered the cheesy Bacon fondue burger. The cheese sauceshould have been filled more. Also the server should not have brought my burger out and stated ?We are waiting for the CheeseSauce to finish in the Microwave? yikes. Quite the turn off. Read more
