Saketome was one of the greatest surprises on my trip to Montana. An incredible sushi bar that rivals popular spots in LA and... Seattle. The prices are great, the fish is insanely fresh, and the rolls are wildly creative. You must eat here in Missoula. Read more

As someone from Florida I can be picky about my fish. Especially raw fish. Saketome delivers everytime. They have such delicious... rolls, and literally my favorite cocktail ever. The electric indigo. The quality is amazing. Plus the atmosphere and vibe isperfect. Great decor, lighting, and music. The whole package. Come here every chance I get. Read more

Was really excited to try the sushi, as the ramen downstairs was very good. Ordered bunch of rolls, all smelt and tasted fishy... and not fresh. Didn't eat 1/4 of what was ordered, and they only took off 1 roll from the check. Server acted like it was myfault, as if I hadn't had sushi before. Well I haven't had sushi this bad before. Stay away, at $20 a roll for literal trash. Read more

Sushi…in Montana? Yeah. $$$$ but worth it - went here twice in a week. Great fried veggies, TD Maker (L) and another roll... topped with bacon! Great service and atmosphere. Read more

Saketome is the premier sushi place in Missoula for sure. While often considered "American" sushi, rolls such as the ones served... here are absolutely delicious, with braised and seared fish as well as raw abounding and drinks that are simple but have flair.I love to come here on a night out with my girlfriend, joking around about the huge Bill Murray wall art and kisses under thecherry blossom tree where we had one of our first dates. On this night we had four drinks, pinkies up, cardamom sweater, fuschia forever, and the sneaky Lee. All were good, but I REALLY liked the cardamom sweater, which had just the right contrastof the whiskey with lemon and sweetness. For rolls we had the Zootown Revelry, the Massive Attack (one of our favorites becauseit is filling and fried), and one other I can't remember. The Zootown revelry has a cashew paste that is amazing and gives acrunch I really like on sushi. This is a great place to take someone for a night out, and the music is amazing as well as thevibe. Saketome one more time! ???????? Read more

We had dinner at this place, and ordered edamame, the clockwork orange, shoots brah!, california rolls and drago's breath. We... loved almost everything, surprisingly the cali rolls were not great or good in my opinion. I was expecting them to be amazingsince the other rolls were so good, but the cali rolls were dry and bland(not sure how?). Regardless, I would highly recommendthis restaurant. The other rolls were Amazing, and it so pleasant to eat. The flavors were great and not overpowering. Theservice was great and the vibe was good too. Read more

This place was very surprising. Being a huge fan of sushi, I was rather skeptical about the various rolls and the ingredients... listed. My sone & I decided to give it a try and we were quite pleased. We ordered the Otoro (tuna), Sake (salmon) & Anago(Eel) nigiri sushi. We also had the following rolls - Clockwork Orange, Drago's Breath, Zisou's Nemesis & one of the dailyspecial rools. All were fantastic. Each was very flavorful and fresh. Service was great and very knowledgeable on the variousmenu items. I was very surprised & impressed by this place. Read more
