My son and I went for an early lunch on Friday and the guy working the line, Dylan was probably the friendliest face I've seen... all week! He was so kind and patient with my son who has disabilities. He made friendly conversation and really made a greatimpression. Also, I was shocked at how clean the food cooler area was. I've never seen it that clean! Lastly, the sandwicheswere great. It's a common problem that people put too much stuff on my sandwich (because I like all the vegetables) and itbecomes a huge disaster. Do not order subway platters from here. They will act like they have no idea what you are talking about. My husband had to miss... some of his daughters first bday party because they didn't make it. No discount was given for the time we have wasted sittingthere waiting for it and it's just really disappointing how careless they are that this happened like it's just no big deal tothem. I will never go here or order from here again unless something is done about this which is a shame because I'm a weeklycustomer. Beyond disappointed. Do better. Read more
We have been regulars at this location for years. That said the staff training has clearly gone down hill. Last night we went... in ordered two sandwiches, salad and kids meal. The sandwiches were made well. For the salad they were out of the correct bowlfine, but after adding the tuna and cheese, the young man put in literally one small handful of spinach and one handful oflettuce. The bigger issue was the kids meal. We got the sandwich. I asked if it was apple sauce and milk or juice. Theother young man said not its milk or applesauce. I asked if he was sure and he said yes, milk OR applesauce. Unfortunately themenu where the kids meal is defined was covered by a shelf and only employees can see the description. So then I asked if hehas the little bag. He said they don't have that. I asked if he meant they were out, but he said no, they have nothing likethat. So really what's the point of the meal? And according to the Subway website there is still a toy included ANDapplesauce. Read more
Normally I like to come here. The last two experiences haven't been good. Apparently Subway no longer has roast beef (what?) or... cheddar cheese. And today when I walked up to the door at 6:55, they locked the door and turned off the "open" sign just as Ipulled on the door handle. Very disappointed, guys. Read more
There was a young man and lady working that were amazing! Unfortunately I forgot their names. Their attitudes were so upbeat and... they made our luch so enjoyable! My sandwich was made perfectly and they didn't huff and puff when I was telling them what Iwanted it when I wanted more mayonnaise. This subway because of these to individuals is above the rest! Ordered online due to a rushed lunch break. Arrived at specified time. Employee looked shocked when I told him I was there to... pick up an online order. Checked the computer and said oh sorry, it doesn't alert us when we get online orders. Still had towait 15 minutes for sandwiches to be made. Annoying. Read more
