I Ordered 2 sandwiches thru the app and when I picked them up the guy who brought them out neglected to tell me they were on the... wrong bread because he ran out of all bread but flatbread. Not a big deal. If he had something. By the time I drove home andrealized my sandwich was wrong and drove back to subway they had fresh bread which is funny to me that he didn?t offer me thechance to wait a few minutes to get the bread I ordered. It would have taken less time to wait for fresh bread that I orderedthen to drive home and back. Not a big deal but when I went in and told him my order was wrong he acted as if I made my sandwichmyself wrong and was like well that?s all I had and acted as if I was SOL. Not only was it the wrong bread but one of sandwicheshad the completely wrong condiments and veggies. Then he said I?d have to wait for him to serve the 6 people in line for him toremake my sandwiches he made wrong intentionally in the first place. I said no problem and sat down and waited. after about tenminutes I did ask for a refund and he refused and said he?d just made my sandwiches and I?d have to wait for him to finish.Honestly the whole thing wasn?t even a big deal if the guy at least had acted like he was even a tiny bit apologetic. I've got to give a shout out to the staff here! They were dealing with the AC being out in their building and it was HOT in... there. But they still maintained their professionalism when they made our food, and checked us out. Had to be tough! But theywere great! Read more

We order through Grub Hub and are sandwiches all wrong. My husband ordered a ft long chicken breast sandwich on Italian herbs... and cheese and he found a bone in it. The sandwich also came on Italian bread and had tomato?s and bellpeppers and onions whichis not what he ordered. My sandwich also had the wrong bread and came with cucumbers and bellpeppers which I did not order andmissing onions. We are pretty disappointed. The only good thing was they gave me extra turkey. I tried calling the store butthere was no answer and the voicemail was full. Read more

Wowzer! Worst Subway experience ever! When I entered, there were no other customers in there and two employees were just... standing around. I looked around for a table to sit at, and every table had crumbs on it (the employees could have been cleaningtables with no one there).They were out of multi-grain bread, had no honey mustard sauce, and had to go look for mayonnaise inthe back. I asked for water and I wasn't given a cup, so I reached over and took one. Also, I was not handed my order, so I hadto reach over the counter to get it. Then I went in the men's bathroom only to discover it hadn't been cleaned in quite awhile.There was no hand soap or sanitizer, no paper towels, and no toilet paper in the holder. They left an unopened roll of toiletpaper sitting on top of the holder. Thus, I did not feel clean to eat my sub. I won't be a returning customer!!! Read more

I was VERY disillusioned when I went to order at the E. Broadway Subway in Missoula, Mt location. Subway is generally my... favorite sandwich place and go to place for lunch. We have been traveling all over the southwest for the last 2 weeks and havebeen entirely satisfied with our Subway experiences until today in Missoula. When we entered the door, we noticed all the tableswere dirty and no one was out front to greet us. There were no other customers present so it wasn't busy at that time. Twoemployees came out from the back. First off, I requested my usual multi-grain bread (off the listed choices) to which the girlhelping me replied that they didn't have multi-grain. So I chose Italian bread. As I began to order the toppings, I noticed thatthe sandwich prep area was cluttered with toppings from previous customers and hadn't been cleaned off as is the normalprocedure in other Subway franchises I've been to. I, then, noticed the cucumbers were frozen, the lettuce looked bad and wilty,and there was some old orange sauce that had run down and dried on the inside of the glass and no one had bothered to clean itoff. I requested honey mustard for a sandwich spread, which they didn't have, so then I requested mayonnaise. There was nomayonnaise out front so the other person helping went to get some. We were planning to eat inside, but ALL of the tables wereFILTHY, so we took it to go. I will DEFINITELY NOT RETURN to this Subway! Read more

I enjoy Subway, but this one was FILTHY. We were the only guests when we entered and there were no clean tables. The counter... where sandwiches were made was disorderly and unkempt. They were out of 3 items I requested. They didn't have the bread Irequested, next I asked for tuna and they didn't have it. The mayo was out and there was no honey mustard. When I went to get adrink, 6 drink options were gone with stickers saying "no more." If they care that little about cleanliness I hope I don't getsick. If I were the owner I would be FURIOUS. Shoot whoever owns these chains needs to check in. Closing 30 minutes early at two different locations. Also not afraid to talk... about clocking in and out their coworkers for them when they are late or want to leave early, in front of customers. Pretty surethats fraud. Read more

I went here last week. The two guys working the counter were so nice!! The guy with all of the tattoos seems to really take... pride in his work and I really enjoyed chatting with him while my sandwich was being made. Keep up the good work! Read more
