I am writing this review for an older gal there. I was just doordashing, but she'd been there all day, 6:30am-6:30pm and said... everyone called out. She had a line of about 8, was friendly, fast, had a clean area, the line fully stocked, her hands washedafter each register transaction. Went to Subway for dinner and got a veggie wrap with my family. They have wonderful staff at this location. Blair made our... sandwiches and checked us out and she was an absolute delight. 10/10 recommend. Best Subway in town. Read more

We went to the Subway on Higgins this afternoon..The girl definitely showed her annoyance that we did not want out sandwich... toasted..out bread was not cut even..out items kept falling out..the sandwich was covered in mayonnaise..we asked for oil but novinegar..we got vinegar.. There was a young girl with curly hair and a bunch of bracelets on with lash extensions and a double nose piercing who had the... worst customer service I?ve ever experienced. She was very rude to us as customers and the workers at Subway. She didn?t rotateproduct putting new product on top of old when she was making our sandwiches. She made our sandwiches so poorly all of ourcondiments and vegetables were spilled out in the paper or on the floor when she wrapped it. Very rude, I will not be returningsolely on my experience with her and the way she treated me. This is the second encounter I have had with her and they wereequally horrible experiences. Read more
The staff at this location was very nice and patient. We had 5 kids with us from the ages of 3 to 14 and they handled it very... well and got all of the sandwiches correct without any problems. We also used 2 gift cards and sub club points for a lot of thefood and they stayed calm and willing to help. The food was the same as about every other subway, good but not great. Missoula's worst subway. I wouldn't waste any money on this place- the curly haired older gal is so unbelievably rude, inept,... and constantly complaining that it's tough to justify spending any money here. She boasted that she'll never get fired causethe owner didn't care how rude she was to customers. Pity that subway let's someone like this represent them. She spent moretime complaining and giving us excuses than is would've taken to make all our food. Read more
