Would be 5 stars except for the 30 minute wait in the drive thru. Great service/ just that many cars there between 12 and... 1:30pm! I was in line out of the parking lot in the street waiting. Great Food! Read more
When we walked in and wanted to order at the counter, the girl said "she would do it this one time but it may not happen again".... Wow, owner needs to know this. She was doing us a favor taking our order! Next two in the door were yelled at from the kitchenarea to use the kiosk. There were about 5 people visible. One man asked to speak to the mgr and she walked out from the back, and wasn't friendly. They walked out. If I was the owner I would get a secret shopper in there to watch this occur. Um, Taco Bell CLOSES at 5:00 pm on Sundays???? Are you SERIOUS???? Is McDonald's closed? Is Arby's closed? Is Wendy's closed? Is... KFC closed? Is ANYone else who works for a living in America closed, at that time? What a joke! CORRECTION: Their summerschedule is different, but it's equally 'brilliant'. I hate doing business at this taco bell. They have the rudest drive through order taker. I wouldn't want someone like her... representing my company. I work for door dash and I got an order here, I went to the door it was locked. So I get in the drivethrough wait 15 minutes get to the speaker where she tells me I need to come inside for the order. I had people behind me andalot in front of me so I had to stay in line. I wait another 10 minutes in line. Get to the window and figure I would just askfor the order since I had to wait in the line so long. She freaks out and is really condescending and tells no you have to comein even after I explained to her the whole situation at the door. She called me a liar and refused to hand me the order eventhough it was right next to her on the counter. I've never been treated so bad by anyone in fast food. I was just trying to domy job least She could have done was be understanding. I personally will never eat here. I know people are hurting for employeesbut you can't have people like that working for you if you want to have good business. I recommend going to the taco bell onreserve street. 27 minutes in the drive thru. Lobby closed. Still using the pandemic as an excuse to provide terrible service. Maybe If you paid... people a decent wage youd be able to keep employees. I?m done with Taco Bell. They?re never open when they?re supposed to be,either the drive thru is closed or the lobby is, or both. The Langel family owns the franchise and they?re just greedy. Good except put a freaking do not enter sign on one side of your parking lot because it's unclear where the drive through is... supposed to go and I've seen it upset people multiple times and I'm gonna keep skipping taco bell for lunch until that getsfixed. Easy solution Read more
