This Taco Bell just needs to close permanently, and open space up for a food vendor that wants to be open all day instead of... closing at six. Really terrible place. They don't pay any attention to your order and always leave out items. There is a very good chance you... will not receive your full order here. And being that they always keep the lobby closed, you have to go back through thedrive-through to get it fixed if you happen to look in your bag before you get home. They really do not care. I wouldrecommend Cafe Rio just across the lot or Taco Time up the street if you want Mexican for much better service. They just don'tcare at the Reserve Taco Bell. Read more
I totally understand businesses closing early because of short staffing. Times are hard, and you gotta do what you gotta do. I... am completely on board with that. BUT. Accepting my DoorDash order, only to then close without supplying said order has put aVERY bad taste in my mouth. My coworkers and I waited for AN HOUR AND A HALF before learning that the restaurant had closed forthe night. Completely unacceptable. Just don't accept the order? Right? Am I completely out of line for thinking this is theeasiest way? Rather than having 5 drivers waste their time and money trying to pick up an order that was never going to beready. Read more
You can only go through the drive thru due to be short staffed but the staff who do work as amazing! Staff was very upbeat and... positive as the worked so hard to serve the food with a smile. The food was good for a nostalgic lunch in the midst of a busyday. Read more
