Fast service. Employees were cleaning things nicely. My order was correct.
Took 40 minutes to get my food!! Staff was just walking around back there and kept taking breaks and chatting as well. If it's... so busy you can't get my food out why are you just hanging out? Manager was just strolling around the store, so we asked howlong the food would be and he said he wasn't sure. This place is at a truck stop.. meaning I'm trying to hit the road again. I eat at this Taco Bell at least once a week with my coworkers. Their drive thru is always fast & efficient, & the workers are... always friendly & have a smile on their face. Keep up the good work guys. PS: Bring back the toasted cheddar chalupa!! Read more
Really enjoy reading the reviews for this place. Even if they (the reviews) are quite rude. For those complaining about them not... being open, that used to be true, as it still is for most places but they have worked hard to be open more and have done wellwith that. For the bulk of the staff being young, they do take pride in their job. Do they make mistakes, well... Yes. However,when I have chosen to make them aware of any mistake they are quick to make it right as I see fit. I really enjoy thefriendliness of the staff. They are a little on the slow side but I don't mind as my order is correct 99% of the time and I'mwilling to wait a little longer for an accurate order. B+ (for now) Read more

Ordering online does not matter. They still mess up the order and do not start making it until you are there and even then they... may not have your information. The chalupas are bare and mostly bread. The crunchwrap is unsatisfactory. This store is full ofdisingenuous people who are confused about their role as fast food employees and really don't care about you or your food atall. There is probably spit in my food. Read more
Good food and it is always done right. Not as fast as other fast food but the accuracy of receiving what you ordered makes up... for it and is most likely the reason for the short delay. Great customer service. Read more
