Ordered 4 things, 1 of which was left out, all soda was just bubbly water, felt pretty rushed through. Not happy!
Chain resturaunts can vary dramatically in service and food quality. Rarely will I even review them. However, Taco John's... Missoula has set themselves out from the crowd. I have eaten here, at this point, dozens of times. One time they forgot to putmy oles in the bag, and those they rushed out as soon as I let them know. Other than that one incident, every other time hasbeen very fast. The food has always been fresh and hot. And the service friendly. I dont think you could ask for more! Excellentservice and food. Went through the drive through because lobby is still not open, ordered food for my husband 3 children, and me (all in the car).... Ended up paying 50 dollars, and was missing 2 potato oles and one of my children didn't get her meal at all, so tried to getback in the drive through, after waiting 20 minutes in a line of 15 cars, I said screw it. Gosh forbid they unlock the door so Ican go pick up the rest of my food that I paid for. So sick of getting ripped off at places like this because people "forget"things. My advice, stay away from most fast food chains. I can't remember the last time I went through a drive through and I gotthe exact thing I ordered. DONE!! Read more
I used to love TJs. I grew up in Missoula, and even worked there in my late teens. But it seems like every time I go there... now, my order gets messed up. I know everyone is under staffed and super busy, but there comes a point where it's just notworth the money to go to a place where you don't get what you order. I'm very sad about this. Read more
Ordered door dash last month and only received half my order. The store blamed the dasher, the dasher blamed the store. Tried... again tonight. Exactly the same experience. Pay to have food delivered then drive to pick it up yourself, no compensation. Thefood is alright though. Read more
We received 3 different cups of refried beans. ALL of them had weird green fuzzy grains of something in them. When calling Taco... Johns(never asked for a refund, advised we were just concerned), we were met with laughing, brushing it off, and "it'simpossible" remarks. Then followed up with "oh it could be the rice" with no further concern for anyone. Didn't offer anyexplanation of what it could have been after advising what it looked like either. With her attitude alone, trust that nobodyhere cares about your health when it comes to their food. Read more
