I have a serious issue with the customer service provided to the dine-in customers of your store. When I arrived about 7:10 last... night, there was an elderly couple, a gentleman, and a young lady in line ahead of me in the lobby, and cars wrapped around thebuilding for the drive-thru. I quickly noticed there was a family with toddlers that the mom had obviously ordered their foodalready, but was waiting to be served. The place did not appear to be under-staffed, as there wasn't room for any more employeesin the kitchen area and everyone was working as fast as they could. It took nearly 25 minutes AFTER MY ARRIVAL for the family toget their food. They didn't apologize, or even speak to us customers standing at the counter waiting to order. No explanation asto why we couldn't have our order taken just yet, no eye contact or anything. Apparently, the only customers who are importantare online food delivery (Door Dash, Grub Hub, etc) and the drive-thru. About 20 minutes after I got there, they finally tookthe 1st two orders in line of the lobby (6 more people in line behind me at this point). Management (who was helping drive-thruside) came up and told the 2 girls working to prioritize the guests standing in the lobby. They did not. They continued toignore us while they tended to the pile of online orders rolling in *see pile of tickets in photo*. Another 5 minutes and theytook the order of the gal ahead of me. I stood in line for another 15+ minutes before my order was taken (40 minutes from thetime I walked in, only 3 orders ahead of me). I was there long enough for a food delivery driver to pick up one order, deliverit and come back for another and leave again before I got my food!! That is absolutely disgraceful! It took almost another 10minutes to get my order. Why didn't I leave? I wanted to see it thru so that I could write this review in hopes that this issuewill be addressed. It is quicker to go to a sit down restaurant than go through the Saturday night drive thru. Perhaps consider Denny's instead. I... don't know. It's slow. It takes you well ove half an hour to get through the drive thru. It has been like this two previoustimes not on a Saturday. Used to be a great location, but the entire crew left a few years ago, including the store owner. Newcrew doesn't care about anything. I'm pretty sure they practice juggling in the back or something, because it makes no sense tobe this slow. Read more

Used to be a huge fan!! Good and fair fast foodies!! Only one I wld eat at....in the last year it's become a bad joke. Horrid... food smaller portions and orders have been wrong more oft than not. I'm done. Won't try again. Read more

Don't even bother to order their 'large' chili. You'll be lucky to get HALF of a container, and they've done it to us now no... less than 6-7 consecutive times, despite having repeatedly contacted their manager(s). They're a freaking joke, and personally,we're done playing with them. This time, we contacted the corporate customer service number to let them know, and we disputedthe complete charge for the order the next day with our bank. We've since been provided with a provisional credit and nowWendy's can work it out with VISA representatives. Bye-bye, Wendy's. Read more

When I pulled up to the drive thru line, it was almost to the street. However, the line was moving at a nice pace. Next thing I... knew, I was at the speaker. The lady who took my order was super friendly and very professional. At this point, the cars infront of me were already gone. Banda-boom? food in my hands. Took it home. Ordered a salad and two burgers. Didn't get one burger. The burger we got was made like someone just slapped it together and... smashed it with their fist. And the salad was not made as it was supposed to. The salad was missing about half the chicken itwould normally have. The workers in the restaurant looked like they didn't want to be there. I recommend this place except thatthis staff we experienced treated us like they didn't care. The staff I experienced should be disciplined. Just because youmight be understaffed and/or still are still training the new people doesn't mean you can let them act the way they did. Read more
