Chickfila is consistency. The food, the service and the cleanliness is consistently a step above most fast food places. The... employees are always friendly and very helpful. If it wasn't for the chaos of trying to navigate the parking lot to dine in Iwould give it 5 stars. Of course they do their best out there but it's like a game of human frogger to get inside and all thespots that are safer to cross are designated as drive through waiting. There has to be a better way to eat a chicken sandwichinside their establishment with out endangering your life. Read more

I was over charged, plus rude lady at the window then I paid once at the back and again at the window, checked my bank and sure... enough charged twice for my free sandwich and free fries and then for my nuggets. I did not authorize 2 separate charge ordersbut I was charged twice for 2 separate orders. She even told me I only charged you once. Now I need to go argue over $17 Ididn?t authorize. Customer service with management at this location is HORRIBLE. I ordered a salad from this location and the salad wasn?t fresh.... I literally didn?t take one bite. My husband drove up to this location to have it exchanged and was met with absolutely horriblecustomer service. He asked to speak to a manager and was told by the on duty manager (Alex) that he was not going to replace ourorder because the sticker didn?t match? now we?ve eaten at Chick-fil-A for I couldn?t tell you how many times and I have neverseen a sticker to match a location. They?re all red! He told my husband to drive down the road to see if that sticker matchedanother Chick-fil-A location (insane). Alex was extremely difficult, disrespectful and condescending towards my husband. Myhusband ended up leaving without a resolution however I decided to call and speak to the GM - this was a waste of my time. Shegave me the run around and was completely unhelpful. The GM! I?m not sure how this is considered the most productive way tohandle these types of situations, considering this location has lost a customer for life. We?ve spent an embarrassing amount ofmoney at this location but I can guarantee you - we?ll never give another penny to this location. Food at our Missouri City location is always fresh and staff at the drive thru are always nice. We love our Missouri City... location in the Kroger parking lot! Keep up the good work we appreciate all of you making our visits pleasant. Stopped by againfor a visit 8/24/2022 and was met by the sweetest lady Ms. Vicki the manager. I only ordered 5 drinks and got the slowest / worst service ever there. I order 2 diet lemonades and 3 peach shakes with no... whipped cream. Not that complicated. We got up to the counter thinking everything is normal. They hadn?t completed our order.They were filling orders behind us. They told us to move up that we were holding up the line. They took forever, we almostparked and went inside. When they finally brought us our shakes They brought us shakes with whipped cream on it. When weexplained to the other person who brought our drinks she didn?t apologize and just said here you go and left. No oneapologized! Even the person who told us to move forward didn?t even apologize. Read more

Out of the three locations near me this one is my favorite to order from.. but the past two times have been disappointing to say... the least. :/ I didn?t get any avocado lime dressing for my salad. It?s the best part!! Read more
