I really enjoy Chipotle, but every time that i go there around 8pm the dining room is so dirty, trashcans full of trash, i have... seen the manager at the back, and she rarely helps with customer service. the line is so long that it takes me more than 20-30min to order my food, and i identify the problem that it might be causing that, they take orders online as the same time aswalk in customers. They should have a better system that don't stress anyone, like build a new food line just for online/phoneorders, separate that to the walk in customers. Thank you. Read more
Finally I got a plate for what I paid. Good quantity and this was their new product garlic guajillo steak. Not bad, will order... it again. Hope you guys will pack each order like this, customer deserves what they paid for. Great job! Read more
Chipotle is actually one of my favorite places to come. The issue I have is they will make online orders while you standing... there, and the line is to the door! And if you do order online they only put a little food in your bowl. I have seen them somany times making a to go order and for that reason I will never order online.. They definitely need a better system.. Alsosmiling and greeting the customers would be helpful as well!! Read more
After waiting over 20 minutes to order, the young lady bagging my food drops my guacamole on the floor, sighs, then proceeds to... pick it up and right in front of me, and without any hesitation at all, just puts in the bag. The food tastes great, but be sure to come here with time to wait. The lines are always long. They get a lot of online orders... that slow up the dine in and takeout customers. It would be better if this location actually had a separate prep station foronline orders which I've seen at other Chipotle locations. Read more
worst chipotle. i ordered online which i don?t do a lot, got home to see they forgot to add one of my toppings, but gave me... everything else. a worker told me they ran out of chips but had a bag behind her; they are very slow, long lines almosteveryday, stacked orders, very minimal people. my bowl was very light, portions are very small, always have to ask to give memore; prices are way to high for what they?re serving customers. I come here to get the veggie bowl sometimes. It?s actually very good. The workers here are not as friendly as other locations I... have been to. Also a better system could be in place to expedite the process. This location is just ok. I?ve prefer two otherlocations over this one. Read more
Good food but service is REALLY slow if you randomly walk-in around dinner hour. It took about 45 mins to wait in line to get to... the counter and then another 10 minutes to get our order made. It seemed like all the online orders kept delaying real in-personcustomers. So disappointing. It'll be a while before I visit again. 5 stars for food. 3 stars for the service itself. Read more
