Each time that I have visited this restaurant, something is below standard. It is usually the customer service and wrong order... with items left out. I hardly complain, but today does it with the stale, old chicken!!! The young lady was awesome and verycourteous, unlike a couple of other people there. The coleslaw was AWESOME and very crisp, fresh- just as I like it. The CHICKEN- YUK and tasted old not one crunch to any bite. Really? This time I decided to leave a review. I try to support our arealocal businesses, but now I feel taken advantage of. The young lady and young man's attitudes were good. The sides were ok. Whathappened to the chicken???? Read more

Service has been expedite each time I've visited yet one time my chicken was not fresh.
Fries were cold and the white gravy was salty; and they barely give you any white gravy. And the staff today were SO slow!

The lady who takes the drive in orders , Mayra messed up with our order and said there is only regular chicken and no spicy. She... was not ready to listen to the order instead she was taking orders on call. I think the southwest church's chicken guys are waybetter than this store. The southwest they had only 2 guys it had a wait time of 10 mints but they gave us the right order in apolite way. Read more
What happened? This chicken has no taste. The cut are way different. I paid extra for all white pieces, received 2 breasts and... the remainder was legs and thighs. I'm done with this location. Hopefully the others are the same as before. Read more
