If I could give zero stars I would!!! Went here for brunch and the wait was ridiculous! Not the wait to be seated, the wait... time to order! To add insult to injury, it took even longer to get the food. We were seated as soon as we arrived. 35 minuteslater the waitress took our drink order. An hour later we still had no food and no refills. Someone in our party had to leavebecause they had to go to work. Still no food! I spoke with a manager Daniel and he apologized for the long wait and said itwas unacceptable. He offered us a gift card so we could come back and give them another chance because they are better than theservice we received. Well Daniel, it’s a week later and still no digital gift card! I’ve had horrible service at thislocation 3 separate occasions and has taken me over a year to return! Just when I thought I could put them back on my list ofplaces to eat, here we go again! It’s nothing more frustrating than watching people who are seated after you getting servedand leaving and you still have no food!! Even worse is dealing with management who seems to not care! Met with friends for lunch. Staff was nice, drinks were good. As a first timer, I asked for recommendations on cocktails and... food. The Strawberry margaritas were tasty! I am always honest on these reviews and Kim was super nice but one of the worst waitresses I've ever had. I ordered The... Grandiose and drinks. It took over 10 mins to bring to the table. She brought out the appetizer literally 5 mins before the maincourse. We had to keep asking for chips. She forgot my wife's drink so many times that we just said forget it. I ordered aModelo 24oz and received the 16oz but was charged for the 24oz. I don't know if I want to visit this location again. The meatdidn't seem to have enough of the lime flavor. I took my wife there because she never had it before and I was really embarrassedafter hyping the place up. As far as the Queso Compuesto , my wife asked for NO guacamole. It came to the table with guacamole.Kim just apologized instead of taking it back to have them make it over. This was a valentines date for my son and I. We had the chicken tacos and stuffed shrimp. The food was tasty and it came out... pretty fast.
