My husband went to this location around 7:00pm on Oct 23rd and received terrible customer service from the 3 young ladies... working there. They were very rude, disrespectful and when he asked for gummy bears one lady stated yes she mind getting thegummy bears for him. Terrible customer service! Read more

Placed a online order for a ice cream kit and only received 2 cookies and a little thing of ice cream in a cup. Not even the... "kit" just ice cream and 2 sandwich cookies. Got in touch with my delivery driver company for a refund, but still ridiculous ofwhat I received for $10.00 2 cookies a tad bit of ice cream. This location is super ghetto. They don't speak and I had been standing there for a few minutes and they asked to help the... customer who came in after me first. Customer had to tell him that I was next. I'm assuming they're family members walkingthrough the back of the counter in regular clothes and no hair net. Extremely annoyed with my service today.
