This location uses to be on point with gettin beg your order correct, having fresh food and quick service through the drive... thru. These last last couple months I have had issue after issue but dismissed it because they?ve been great in the past. TodayI changed my mind. I ordered 4 cheeseburgers and 3 of them had stale buns. I also ordered a frozen Dr. Pepper, it did not havemuch of a soda kick to it and the worst thing is I got down to 1/3 of the drink before realizing a long strand of hair washanging inside the drink folded over the rim of the cup held down by the lid. Absolutely disgusting. I threw one of my twoburgers away and the rest of the drink. Beware! I wish I could afford the time and groceries to cook at home. At least I?d knowthe hair was mine. The manager is great at this McDonald's! I had an issue with the app and it took my points for my order and I had to change my... payment method. I wasn't able to order my food because I didn't have anymore points. The manager comped my food and gave me adrink. I am thankful there are some kind people left in this world. The app took my points but I received kindness and more foodwhen I went inside the restaurant. Thank so much! I will be back! Read more
Ordered a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomatoes and no mustard. First attempt; it had mustard so I asked them to give me the... correct order. 5 minutes later the second attempt: it had mustard but no lettuce or tomatoes. Third attempt: got it right. It?snot that hard people! Read more
Normally this place is just a typical McDonald?s with typical McDonald?s customer service and professionalism ???????????????... HOWEVER, It?s been a couple months since visiting this location and today I must say I was quite pleased?? the #10 was fresh andtasty, fries weren?t over salted, and they had the perfect crisp. I looked over and some guy had a quarter pounder and that badboy was steaming like a Chilis sizzling fajita skillet ???? Clearly a new set of team members that are actually respectful totheir guest. But Mark in particular was super friendly and had superb customer service and training skills. He clearly needs tobe a manager. 10/10 on this visit. Read more
I ordered my food and stated I want no Mayo and no lettuce and to add Mac sauce and Cheese. On the screen it said add mustard I... told him in the drive thru no mustard and went to the window and said no mustard another two times my burger still had mustardon it. One of the nicer McDonald's out there (and i go to alot) its not just modern, its clean, the food is good. It's the people... there... they act as if they care about you and you don't see that in any fast food restaurants anymore. Only 4 stars because itis hard to find/get to. Read more
