So disappointed!! Went through the drive through at 9:05 p.m. on a Saturday night (they close at 10 p.m.) After waiting behind 3... cars, I go to place my order and was told they only have FOUR items left on the menu that I could order (none of which were thelow fat items, which is what I wanted). The guy then tells me that the cooks stopped cooking earlier than their usualtime...wth?? To top it off, I had to WAIT in line behind the 3 cars before I could even leave! Ordered food for my family. Teriyaki Chicken and Beijing Beef. I was told it would be a 5min wait for the order. Okay, no... biggie. After about 15min, they bring me our food. 1. Closed lobby early and stopped cooking, then filled the drive thru order however they wanted. I paid over $42 and got 1 meal!... Because they got the order wrong, and then they got rude when I checked it before I left and THEN I had to pay for the extrathey left off. 2. Managers need to know what is going on and hold these young workers accountable until they clock out. Went to Missouri City location on highway 6 and Trammel Fresno to the drive-thru to place order and was told to pull around... front because the eggrolls would take 5 mins to be ready. After waiting 23 mins I went in to learn they had forgotten about me.I requested to speak to a manager and Jasmin, the same young lady who placed my order at the drive-thru, told me there wasn'tone on duty. I requested a refund of my money and she told me they don't give refunds! She and noone else there knew the numberfor the corporate office either. Long story short I will not be dining there again! Guys this place is the Best one in the area! The food is very good LOVE the Orange Chicken. They need to send some of their crew... into Pearland that location is just awful I have tried now three times to go there I have thrown out all of it each time sooooonasty!
