Very nice and homie shop! Not too cluttered but its got a fair amount of tables and board games to keep you entertained. There... is also wifi which was good and allowed me to get a good amount of studying done. Ordered a Vietnamese iced coffee w/ tapiocaand bbq pork banh mi for $12.00. The drink was sweet and delicious! It came in a decent size with a fair amount of tapioca. Ilike that it wasn't over-iced. The banh mi was also delicious! The sauce and meet were savory. There was a good distribution ofvegetables. My only complaint is that I feel there could have been more meat and a larger sandwich for the price. The cashierwas very nice and had a good attitude. Simply Delicious!! I always get the Island Green Smoothie which is absolutely delicious. The guy there is always super nice.

It?s not a bad place, but it wouldn?t be my first choice for boba. But it was a simple type of sweet and I enjoyed it. Drinks were tasty and refreshing. Be warned the Vietnamese coffee is super strong! I made the mistake of asking them to not add... the condensed milk...trying to save sugar and carbs. Just don't do what I did. I had to add. No a bucket of cream when I gothome. The drinks are okay as they are for an occasional treat, not super sweet and you can ask for less sugar. Service wasgreat, the person taking our order was patient and helpful in assisting us decide on which drinks to indulge. Not giving 5stars because the inside looks old and worn to me.
