I came here today not to long ago. I give this smoothie king five stars cause one. They ask you what cup do you want it in. Foam... or plastic. So I choose plastic I highly recommend every customer to come to smoothie king it beats tropical smoothie cafe. Donot go to tropical Smoothie Cafe On Highway 6 go to smoothie king and ask for Joe. I went to this location this past weekend and it was a great experience. We had a few questions since we wanted to try the... coffee smoothies and the young man answered all my question plus suggestions. We got to the window to pay and they gave us asample just to make sure we liked our choice. The staff was friendly and helpful! I'd rather drive 25 mins to this location thanthe location less than 5 mins from my house. Read more
I just spoke with the manager and she didn?t give me her name. She had very rude behavior towards me. She told all the employees... not to give her name to me. As a customer I have the right to know it. I don?t understand why she is trying to hide her name. Iasked the employee and they said our manager told us not to give her name out. Is that how they treat customer.?? I amextremely disappointed and I cannot comprehend such bad behavior towards anyone. The would get zero stars if it were up to me. I cannot believe the rude, illiterate, and some of the most bad attitude people... the work there. The manager is worst of them all, and her team is just following the examples set by their rude manager. Theywill go above and beyond to show you bad attitude. We have tried this location a few times and every time it's a reminder of why we don't go there. The customer service is bad no... matter time or day. Clearly it's a management issue if your employees don't know how to communicate with customers. The drinksare way too watery and NEVER taste right. It's like they don't get measurements right or rush the drinks. As if a 5yr old madethem. Our go to location is the one located in Sienna by Academy. ALWAYS delicious. Read more
Every time I go to this one they don't ask if you want a foam or plastic cup. I always get the angel food smoothie. They never... ask if I want sweet or unsweetened strawberries and when I ask for unsweetened strawberries they don't use them. Every time.There's no customer service. They take your money and give you the drink. That's it. Very cold experience. Done going to thislocation. I spend almost $9 on smoothie and it's not what I ordered.???? Read more
